Concrete Care

1. Do not walk on your newly placed concrete for minimal 24 hours with above 10°c, longer if it's colder. Do not drive on concrete with regular truck or car for at least 7 days. If vehicle is 5000kg or more do not allow on concrete for 30 days.

2. If weather is above 25°c it is your responsibility to water down concrete after its set to prevent surface cracking. This must be done for 3 days. If very hot weather water every hour even leaving a light sprinkler on it. 7 DAYS

3. In cold weather please do not ever use de-icing salt! Use sand only. Salt will eat away at your concrete. Leaving holes and pits. Also on newly poured concrete, if weather goes below freezing it’s your responsibility for 3 days/nights concrete must be covered with polly or tarp.

4. If rain is predicted within 12 hours after concrete poured it is your responsibility to cover it with polly plastic.

5. We are not responsible for animals or pets that walk on your fresh poured concrete. Please keep pets away. With stamp concrete we advise no pets until well after concrete is sealed. The stamping powder we are sure is not good for your pets' health.

6. Do not walk on concrete that has been washed to be sealed with sealer. There will be a charge for rewashing concrete. Minimum of $200.00 charge.

7. We are not responsible for guarding concrete. (Eg. Vandals, people, children etc.)

8. We are not responsible for cracking in concrete.
